From Chrome
- Paste
chrome://password-manager/settingsinto Chrome’s address bar. - Next to Export passwords, click Download file and confirm with your computer password.
- In BobWork Vault open Import passwords and drop “Chrome Passwords.csv”.
- Delete the CSV and empty the Bin — it holds every password in plain text.
Then turn off Chrome’s own password saving (BobWork Vault › Settings › “Turn off Chrome’s own autofill”) so two managers don’t compete.
From Zoho Vault
- In Zoho Vault open Tools › Export, choose CSV and enter your master password.
- Drop the file into BobWork Vault’s import. Zoho folders become labels.
- Delete the CSV.
Teams moving from Zoho Vault can recreate access the same way: Zoho’s “manage” maps to Edit, “view” to View and “logon” to Login only.

Questions
Can I import from Zoho Vault?

The CSV is read and encrypted in your browser; only ciphertext is uploaded. Delete the CSV afterwards because it contains plain-text passwords.
Will duplicates be created?
No. Logins already in your vault are detected and skipped during import.
